Fire Safety Engineering & Design were used in the design phase of the project, in close collaboration with the architectural firms Richard Rogers Partnership, Van Kerckhove and Ove Arup & Partners.
Being involved during the design of the project resulted in the elaboration of cost cutting alternatives for a fireproof building with an equivalent safety level.
These alternatives also were the basis for the DEROGATION FILE for the Ministry of the Interior.
