Intervention file
Following aspects are examined, designed and described:

• access for the fire brigade
• means of first intervention, hydrants
• active and passive fire prevention measures
• inventory of potential dangers and stored products
• this information is compiled on ground plans, the risks are illustrated with pictures
• the file is always drawn up in close collaboration with the competent fire brigade services

Evacuation plan & procedures
Following aspects are examined, designed and described:

• general instructions in case of evacuation
• task assignment within the organization
• supporting evacuation plans and organigrams
• evacuation roads and directions
• assembly points
• instructions in case of evacuation
• first intervention

Situation plans and instructions in the event of fire
Based on the data of the intervention file and the evacuation plan and procedures, situation plans will be prepared, which are hung up on previously indicated places in the building. These plans give the necessary indications regarding the fire safety systems and the "instructions in the event of fire", which give a clear view of the actions to be taken by the personnel as well as by the visitors.

Fire safety audits
This includes a complete survey on site and everything is compared to the “ARAB”, Codex for well being at Work, Royal Decree of 19 December 1997 (basic standards for fire safety), the existing standards, the exigencies of the province and fire brigade and the available literature.
Based on this audit a priority plan will be drawn up indicating the necessary actions on short, middle long and long term.

Project drawings and other visual media
By keeping the soft- and hardware up-to-date it is possible to supply accurate and detailed documents.
The reports, plans and schemes can present every detail of the fire safety installation.
The supply of documents answers the requirements of our customers as hard copy or in a digital way, whether or not dynamic.
We do not limit our designs to the standard AutoCAD plans but we can also supply graphic designs, web design, 3D visualization and animation, digital photography, video etc.
